Vocaxis is a web app for learning English vocabulary, built around one simple frustration I had with Anki: making good cards takes so long that you end up creating more than reviewing.

Vocaxis fixes that with a built-in, AI-generated dictionary written for learners. You can search any word, see friendly definitions and translations in multiple languages, then add it to your deck in seconds. If a word is missing, the flagship AI model fills the gap on the fly.

Under the hood it uses FSRS to optimize retention, plus contextual AI help for quick explanations or Q&A right inside the review flow. Collections let you save words now and build decks later, and a browser extension makes it effortless to capture vocabulary anywhere you browse.
